JOB TITLE: Account Executive

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No

JOB LOCATION: Remote in the Dallas, TX, Sulphur Springs, TX or Mid-Texas area

TRAVEL: 50-75%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate both new logo and expansion revenue using industry experience and subject matter expertise in identifying, creating, qualifying, developing and closing Enterprise Content Management solutions (ECM).
  • Develop highly respected relationships among senior management and executives in client organizations and being able to act as trusted business advisor.
  • Develop written proposals and articulate company value proposition to prospective and client organizations that connect client’s business goals with the proposed ECM solution.
  • Manage effectively customer opportunities and sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system – status tracking, forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with partner network to bring winning solutions to our clients.
  • Utilize team members including: pre-sale technical professionals, post-sale delivery professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related experience to include significant software sales experience. Experience in pubic safety/law enforcement is preferred.
