Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tractor Driver / Final Assembly Worker to support our trailer manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for safely moving trailers throughout the yard and completing final assembly tasks before units are shipped.

Responsibilities Tractor / Yard Driving

• Safely move empty and completed trailers around the yard
• Stage units for welding, assembly, paint, and shipping
• Perform daily equipment and tractor inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized yard area
• Report equipment issues to management

Final Assembly

• Install lights, wiring, fenders, jacks, couplers, tires, and other final components
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Conduct quality checks to ensure trailers meet company standards
• Assist the production team with daily output requirements
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience operating a tractor, yard truck, or similar equipment (preferred)
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Able to work outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
