Are you a forward-thinking quality leader with a passion for operational excellence and supplier collaboration on a global scale? We're seeking a Director of Global Quality Assurance & Supplier Partnerships to build and lead a comprehensive enterprise-wide quality program while optimizing performance across our global supplier network.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant impact across the business—ensuring ISO compliance, driving continuous improvement, enhancing supplier performance, and embedding a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a unified Global Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites and supplier operations

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, including ownership of audits and documentation

• Lead quality assurance, control, testing, and product lifecycle audits

• Build strategic supplier quality programs, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and risk reduction

• Partner with procurement and ESG teams to ensure ethical, environmental, and quality standards are met

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies across internal and external operations

• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of quality professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in global quality and supplier management within a manufacturing environment

• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and QMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Arena)

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills

• Comfortable with global travel (25–40%)

Preferred Experience:

• Industries such as energy, automation, electronics, medical devices, or complex manufacturing

• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) with supplier integration and quality controls

• Leading initiatives across international teams and multicultural environments
